Alyson Hicks is a Business Administration major with a minor in Psychology, graduating in May 2026. She is driven by a curiosity about human behavior and how it shapes business decisions, team dynamics, and workplace communication. As a creative at heart, she is constantly exploring new skills and interests. Alyson believes creativity is an essential tool for thoughtful problem-solving and fresh perspective in business. She hopes to apply her knowledge to help organizations grow while supporting the people within them.
